A residence designed to compliment the climatic conditions of the hot and arid region by incorporating the concept of courtyards, evaporative cooling, passive ventilation, and mass construction serves its intended purpose.
Master-planning for this residential compound is geared towards development of land parcel to attract investment in real estate and spring growth in a sub-urban region.
